WHAT YOU 'LL NEED TO HAVE

As far as experience goes, you will have between 4-6 years of experience in HR partnering positions and ideally have worked in a global matrix organization and/or participated in global projects. You will have experience in working with a broad set of P&C/HR practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislation and a track record of inspiring others through your strong leadership and communication skills. As a person you are grounded and brave, driven by a dynamic, customer focused and complex stakeholder context. You will be able to evidence outstanding change management skills within operational, tactical and strategic settings. It's an absolute must that you are an ambassador for our values.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You will be part of the People & Culture Group Functions organisation, supporting one of our group functions as a strategic partner to our business leaders, translating business objectives & initiatives into people plans and delivering to our People Strategy.
Your responsibility would include:
• You will partner up with business leaders to deliver to our business goals through our people strategy and the people plan
• You will, together with key leaders, drive the implementation of our P&C year cycle, processes and policies and provide P&C guidance and advice where needed.
• Collaborate with P&C and cross functional groups to build common ways of working and share best practices.
• Partner with P&C Services team for delivery of Operational activities
