We are looking for a People & Culture Administrator with a strong focus on supporting the organization
Supporting us with administration within the People & Culture area and ensuring that we always have correct and up to date personnel data in our HR systems are of vital importance for the success of WirelessCar.

Who are you?
As a P&C Administrator you will work together with our HR System Owner to ensure that we at all times have correct and updated data in our HR systems. You will support our organization with employment contracts, pensions, company cars, salaries, time registration, HR statistics and much more. You will also support our Line Managers with administration within recruitment and other areas.

You will work together with our currently 14 colleagues within the People & Culture Team and report to a P&C Line Manager.
We believe that you will find this position interesting and developing if you have the following competencies and traits;
• Have an analytic mind, are structured and believe that being thourough and accurate are important success factors
• Experience from similar roles and good knowledge of large HR systems; experience from SAP S/4Hana Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors is viewed as very positive
• Serviceminded and at ease when interacting with all kinds of people; both internally supporting our personnel, but also externally creating a productive relation with our third party suppliers within the P&C area
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work with all sorts of tasks within the administrative and People & Culture area
• The ability to thrive in a rapidly and continuously changing environment
• Good knowledge in English (both spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You will be located in our office in Gårda, Gothenburg, Sweden with a flexibility to alternate working in the office with occationally working from home.
