About the team:
You will be part of the T&S (Technology & Services) management team, which guides the department in operational and development-oriented tasks in our IaaS-line of business line.
Role:
This role covers all aspects of how people start, stay, and grow at Cleura.
The role includes work with team development, employer branding, recruitment, compensation, performance management, organization development, safety at the workplace or home (for remotes), wellness, benefits, employee motivation and engagement, communication, administration, and training.
Requirements:
Practical team management experience in the information technology industry (minimum two years)
Fluency in professional communications in English (written and verbal)
Strong proficiency in a distributed and asynchronous workflow

What we offer:
Full-time position with a 6-month probationary period.
Leave Policy: 6 weeks vacation.
Yearly wellness allowance of SEK 5000 as an employee
Salary: TBD
Cleura has signed a collective agreement with Almega 'Tech Sverige'.
All Cleura employees are assessed yearly through a screening process.
Who would be my direct manager?
Cleura COO
You will have an indirect reporting line to the Head of HR regarding compensation, team development and special HR-related topics.
