Lead strategic HR initiatives, build key business partnerships, and empower teams for success. Job Description
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of HR specialist work, aligned with our business priorities. From specialist business partnering to strategic planning and alignment, you'll collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our HR initiatives meet the needs of our organization. In this role you will lead both leaders and high-performing specialist partners to foster collaboration across roles and functions.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver on the execution of HR specialist work, according to business priorities.
Guide and advice business (leaders and People Colleagues) on specialist areas.
In collaboration with Business, sets plans that supports the business to reach their strategic people targets
Business partnerships & stakeholder engagement: Collaborates closely with the Heads of People, People Managers, and other People leaders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, resources people outcomes.
Qualifications
You manage change and engage stakeholders effectively. Your coaching skills, business acumen and understanding drives team and business growth, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Strong experience and proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Extensive experience in HR management or related roles, with a focus on talent management, succession planning, talent identification and career development frameworks.
Experience working collaboratively with business functions.
Bachelor's degree within HR field, Behavioral Science, Business, or Equivalent
Additional Information
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm with start date as soon as possible. You will report to CHRO.
