In the role of People (HR) Manager, you are part of the Swedish Management Team. You are expected to actively support, develop and coach leaders in all HR related areas. You will report to People Director Belgium, Spain & Sweden.
Duties and responsibilities:
Overall responsibility and process ownership for all areas within the People function, such as, but not limited to:
Responsible for the implementation and harmonization of People processes and People systems (local and global)
Union relations
Labor law
Gender equality work incl. salary mapping
Change management within People
Work in close cooperation with Center of Excellence such as TA, Global mobility, Talent Management and more.
We are looking for a person with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within an organization with multinational operations. Expressing yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English is essential. You have experience of putting structures, processes and systems in place but are also used to work "Hands On". You have an academic degree in HR or equivalent by experience. Being communicative, solution-oriented, cooperative and proactive is crucial to success in the role. Are you also positive, prestigeless and like working in an international environment?
