hela Sverige This is a first for us. Well, we have obviously hired people before. It's a part of what we do, but we haven't hired a people management consultant before. So that's a first for us.
What you'll do
You'll advise our clients on how to work like it's 2025. That means helping them excel in performance management, setting up organizations for continuous learning and advise them on hiring and firing. Basically, it's all things related to people at a company but with a strategic mindset on the future of work.
You'll work together with the full team and get plenty of opportunities to learn and develop, both with us internally but also on the assignments we have available.
Who are you?
The most important part is that you are a firm believer that HR (or whatever the people function is called) is the foundation of every great company.
You like working with and advising other HR-professionals. You even like that more than doing fancy presentations (even if that's a plus).
You communicate well with people who don't really like talking to people and those that like talking as much as the pope likes his fancy hat.
Your past might look like this
A solid background in HR is a must. It's natural for you to either set people strategies or advise others on how to go about them.
You've worked with both dysfunctional and high performing teams, and you liked helping both of them.
You have experience in data-driven HR. You also know your labor law.
What's it like working with us?
