We are now looking for a People Experience Intern.
How you will make an impact
Activities and events are an essential part of the Epidemic Sound culture and we are now looking for a People Experience Intern to come and join our People Experience Productions team.
As People Experience intern you will have the opportunity to gain work experience within idea conceptualization, project planning and budgeting, event administration, and guest communication, as well as working at events and seeing ideas and concepts come to life. You will work closely with the People Experience team to deliver high-quality experiences to Epidemic Sound's employees, and sometimes external talent. Some examples of events that you may support are our after work concept Breaking Down the Sound, our DEI event week SynERGy Week and our seasonal parties.
As a People Experience intern you will collaborate with several departments including e.g the Workplace team, Internal Comms team and Sustainability team.
You'll be working at the heart of a Swedish tech unicorn operating at the intersection of tech, storytelling and music, in a kind yet ambitious work environment with amper development opportunities. To help fast-forward your professional growth you will have guidance from your manager and team throughout the internship, all of who have extensive experience in events production and employer brand activation.
Who you are
To flourish in this role we believe that you either have experience from working extra in a high-paced service environment, from studying event management or equivalent, or from doing relevant extracurricular activities at your university.
