As a People Director, you are part of the Talent & Org. team that consists of seven passionate people with a vision where the team wants to be the catalyst in attracting, recruiting, and developing our talents and creating magic along the way. The team tries to question traditional processes and rather create value through building products and tools for our users who are talents, employees, leaders, and managers. To make this happen the team works with others in the organization, always with the user and the effect in mind, creating value by working in small iterations with the mindset "good enough for now, safe enough to try" and help each other grow and develop along the way. In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer.
As a People Director you will:
• Establish a trusted partnership with a diverse set of business leaders
• Be part of one of our product leadership teams and a key influencer on all important people-related decisions, ensuring that the product lines and business decisions are aligned with the people's strategy and vision.
• Create people plans with your designated people managers and product line leaders to ensure a proactive approach to our talent
• Support organizational development, re-design, change & engagement
• Drive leadership and team development and foster a culture of learning
• Implementation of new HR programs and products
• Execute and support the ongoing processes for the managers (salary review, performance development, EES, training, etc).
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and requirements
• Analyze and follow-up on the KPIs set by the organization

• Have business acumen and a commercial mindset
• University degree within HR, Business, or similar
• Broad HR experience from previous positions.
