You will be the Nordic Single Point of Contact for Fujitsu Global Business Group initiatives in the People Development area as well as being the coordinator cross Nordic for driving and implementation of people development activities and programmes that is based on common Nordic needs and Global Business Standards.
The fundamental principle in Fujitsu is that each individual takes responsibility for their own career development. The role of their manager and the company is to provide support to help each person achieve their personal goals why People Development department plays an important role. You will be the subject matter expert representative for the Nordic Region where you will develop and create effectiveness of People Development cross Nordic.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Drive the Nordic Talent Management Process and following it through
• Implement Manager toolkit across Nordic
• Map out common development needs and opportunities within Nordic
• Recommendation of efficient Nordic induction programme
• Launch and implement Fujitsu GBG programmes and People Development policies
• Create a cross Region network to share best practises and resources
• Create a European network with HR People Development in order for sharing best practises and collaboration
• Implement job evaluation tool and a job family structure in corporation with Nordic Compensation & Benefit manager
• Implement a cross Nordic Professional Community Board
• Implement a Trainee program cross Nordic
• Represent Fujitsu at Arbetsmarknadsdagarna (University Events)
• Drive the yearly Employee Survey and following up on actions
• Lead without being the formal manager
Expected experiences:
• Conduct Management Education
• Good understanding and experience of Change management
• Former holder of a People Development role in large company
• Experience of leading People Development projects
• Very good communication skills both verbal and written
• Very good in English, both verbal and written
Personality
