hela Sverige As People Development Lead your mission is to make sure that we have the right tools, processes, and capabilities to provide an environment where people at Stena Line can perform, develop, and engage.
You will work closely together with your colleagues across the People & Communications department, both on a corporate level as well as regional. As people are our most important asset your contribution will make a difference and
you will have the whole organisation as your arena.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Govern, drive, and develop the review & development dialogue process
• Govern, drive, and develop the group pre- and onboarding process, content, and communication.
• Plan, drive and develop the company's yearly employee survey Stena Line Pulse
• Project team member in leadership & learning initiatives
• Create and align learning sessions to support and strengthen organisational - and leadership capabilities
What you will experience
This role is part of our People Experience team, and together, we are responsible for the development of our people and workplace by creating a consistent employee journey. Guided by our strategy and the voice of our people, we contribute to a safe, attractive and inclusive workplace. Our team consist of 6 colleagues including this role, and we work with areas such as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Leadership development, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development. Being part of this team means a lot of laughter, high team work spirit and engagement as well as Monday workouts and Friday fikas.

Qualifications:
• Solid HR background, preferably with industry knowledge
• Project management
• Experience working with onboarding and talent management process
• Experience working as a facilitator and conducting individual coaching
• Experience within the leadership development field
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
• Experience from different digital performance management tools
