We are now looking for a People Business Partner Comp & Ben to join our People team.
The People area is high up on the agenda at Mynewsdesk and part of the Executive Management Team.
At Mynewsdesk the People Business Partner role is both strategic and hands-on and with a great possibility to challenge the way of working. We are now looking for someone with knowledge and experience of the Comp&Ben area, developing HR-processes and working closely with the business. This role will be responsible for the monthly payroll, the Comp&Ben area including Creating and implementing new Comp&Ben strategies but also being a true business partner to a part of the organisation. Working close to the business and understanding business goals is very important for the role.
We are looking for:
• Someone who has experience from monthly payroll and Comp&Ben, preferably 3-5 years.
• Someone with experience to run projects within the area and support the business.
• Someone who has experience from working with employee administration such as employment contracts, salary reviews, updating information in our database etc
• Someone with the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements.
• Someone who constantly wants to iterate guidelines and policies and make sure they are up to date as the organization and business scale and develop.
• Someone who has worked internationally, preferably with the Nordics and Germany.
