You will
In close collaboration with Head of People, IoT, you will contribute to the IoT growth strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes that enable growth
Deliver high quality integrated HR solutions to the IoT business, such as innovative programs that drive talent attraction, engagement, culture transformation, retention, diversity and inclusion
Contribute into governance and execution of several IoT Total Rewards programs
Make a difference in Ericsson's strategic people agenda by owning and driving execution of HR transformation programs
Translate global HR projects into the needs of BTEB organization and leading the implementation
Take the lead in HR Compliance space across Business Area, by proactively implementing global and unit specific compliance projects and processes (e.g. vetting or allegation management), actively sharing expertise and learning from others
You will in this role report to Head of People BTEB.
To be successful in the role you must have
3-5 years' experience working as HR Generalist /HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, managing several HR subject areas
Experience in managing HR (People) projects, including defining scope, driving execution, and managing competing priorities
Solid understanding of Swedish labor law and how to build and maintain Union relations
Eagerness to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
Strong communication skills, with English being our main working language
An ability to connect with people on many levels, with a proven track record to create trust, build solid relationships and influence throughout a global organization
A Bachelor or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field is required.
