Modvion builds the next generation of sustainable wind turbine towers with laminated wood - nature's carbon fiber. Using wood enables radical reductions in carbon emissions, making it possible to generate net zero energy from wind power. In fact, considering that wood is also storing carbon the tower itself is carbon negative - storing more carbon than it produces during production. To reach stronger and more stable winds and produce more energy, wind turbines are getting bigger in every sense. Thanks to our patented module system, we have developed a cost-effective solution enabling transportation for installations of tall towers.

Modvions first commercial wind turbine tower was installed in 2023 and the interest from customers has never been higher.
What will you be doing
At Modvion there is a lot of action! As we grow you will be the driver of further refining our HR processes and work broadly with both operational and strategic tasks. Growth for us also means finding and recruiting new talents.
As we are on a journey, we need to move forward in an agile way having short decision-making paths, which means that you have a great opportunity to influence and that no two days are the same.
You will have an important role where we want you to drive the HR agenda forward, coach and challenge the rest of us so we become better and grow together. In this role you will work closely with Modvion's management team.
We are looking for
To be successful in the role, we believe that you have between 7-10 years of experience working broadly with the full spectra of HR such as performance management, salary setting process, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, work environment, employee surveys, and culture work.
We want you to have a relevant university degree and be fluent in Swedish and English, both orally and written.
As a person you have a strong action-oriented drive, like to take initiatives, are passionate about being able to influence and develop. You are a communicative relationship builder who builds trust by both listening and challenging. As our People and Culture manager a value driven way of working is a given.
