Your role
As a People Analytics Specialist you will highlight company trends related to our People processes, and make sure we have relevant data to support priorities and decisions both within HR and other parts of the organisation. We now have a strong focus on People Analytics from both a process and technology point of view. We have implemented Workday as our global solution, incorporating most of our People processes, through which we continually strive to enhance the employee experience.
Your main tasks within this role will be to initiate and drive both long-term and short-term projects to develop the People Analytics capability within Saab as well as driving continuous improvements within the People Analytics domain.
This will include:
* Collaborating across the organisation to identify key workforce issues impacting the business
* Developing and managing large People data sets, and converting them into actionable and scalable visualisations, dashboards and People Analytics products
* Performing People related data analyses and identifying trends and opportunities as well as potential risks, and presenting them in an understandable and actionable manner, to allow for more informed business decisions.
* Communicating and promoting People Analytics products
* Securing and monitoring that People data processes and activities are in line with the mandatory elements of people information data to ensure compliance
* Supporting the governance of regular reporting and data model related requests
* Ensuring that the delivery of People information is accurate and reliable, and supporting initiatives to improve data quality
* Staying ahead of trends and capabilities within the people analytics domain, and applying expertise to People Analytics offerings
Your profile
To be successful in this role you need to have at least 3 years of experience in the broader field of people analytics and Workday Reporting and analytics. Through this experience we believe that you have developed the ability to perform advanced analytics on large data sets, explore and share relevant insights, and can use this to create content that engages stakeholders. On top of this we think that you have experience in, and an in-depth understanding of employee and HR data on a global scale.
You are a team player and have excellent communication skills - verbally, written and presentation. This enables you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. As an individual you are curious and determined in your approach to find the necessary answers.
In a work setting we think you have the ability to manage projects independently and to take own initiatives. You meet deadlines and can effectively multi-task. You pay attention to details and execute your work with a high level of accuracy.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
