Your role
As People Analytics Manager you will be responsible for People Analytics within Saab. You will highlight company trends related to our people processes and make sure we have relevant data to support priorities and decisions both within HR and in the organisation.
HR in Saab has undergone and are undergoing a transformation both from process and technology point of view. We have implemented Workday as our global solution, incorporating most of our People processes and we continually work to enhance employee experience and HR processes.
The main tasks are
* Initiate and drive both long and short-term projects to develop the People Analytics capability within Saab.
* Perform People related data analysis and identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks and present them in an understandable and actionable manner to drive more informed business decisions.
* Provide expertise in evaluating and utilizing the global People analytics outcome to support the business.
* Collaborate across the organization and partner closely with Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, HR colleagues in other functional areas to identify key workforce issues impacting the business.
* Lead and project manage HR reporting related work.
* Secure and monitor that People data processes and activities are in line with the mandatory elements of People information and data to secure compliance.
* Take lead on improvements in data quality.
Your profile
To be successful in this role we see that you are naturally curious and determined in your approach to find the necessary answers. Furthermore we are looking for a person with great passion and drive, someone who have a pro-active approach and takes on full responsibility for their allocated tasks.
Required skills
* Significant experience (5) years in the broader field of People Analytics
* Perform analysis on large sets of HR related data to extract actionable insights that will help drive people decisions.
* You have a good understanding of statistics as well as a strong business sense.
* You are a communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and multiple stakeholders, and have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
* Experience performing analysis with large datasets.
* You have the competence to perform advanced analytics.
* Strong data visualisation skills to create content that engages stakeholders.
* University degree, preferably within ....Relevant higher education
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
* Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
Desired skills
* Experience of working with Workday
* Experience of working with Qlik Sence
* A background as a consultant is an advantage when the understanding and experience of working with complex processes facilitates the work, and that a consultative approach is required.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be a part of People Operations organisation within Group Human Resources and report to Head of People Operations.
People Operations is overall responsible for deliverables and operational excellence within the areas; HR Information Systems, HR/People information and People Advisory Support. People Operations is a driver of the digital transformation within the People area and partners with the line organisation to add value, create a positive people experience and continuous improvements within areas of scope.
