The Tieto Content- and Business Process Services unit helps customers to manage the lifecycle and governance of their business information and Process Services. We help our customers to drive sound business decisions, improve their customer satisfaction and increase productivity.

With us you will be responsible for
We offer you a place as a team player on the front line of digital transformation. Content- and Process Services is a rapidly growing area and enables organizations to develop and support business comprehensively both in the organization's external network services and in its versatile internal processes.
You will:
Play a significant role in leading and strengthening our Pega BPM team. As part of our Content and Business Process services team of around 120 people you will be one very important player in moving our Pega business forward.
Responsible for the technical architecture of our solutions to our customers.
Be involved in pre-sales work to support our sales team in technical discussions and preparing proposals to customers.
Development and maintenance projects and consulting assignments related to Pega Systems products and supporting our global customer service teams in technical problem-solving.
We expect you to have
A solid ground and experience in BPM.
Experience from Pega Systems (or similar platforms) will be considered your benefit.
The oral and written management of English is indispensable.
Since we are starting up this area in Sweden there are great career opportunities and you will be able to participate in how the area will be set up.
