EAS-Pega practice
The EAS-Pega practice is a horizontal department within Cognizant that specializes in delivering the most complex projects that require Pega skills in challenging and dynamic project environments. EAS-Pega main areas of expertise are consulting, architecture, development, business analysis and project management.
EAS-Pega achieves this through its potent blend of attributes - deep technology and architecture capability, top-notch program management team with experience of deliver large scale and complex enterprise-level solutions, next-generation delivery processes and expertise in Pega technology tools - to combat complexity in clients' IT environments in a range of industries. IPM continues to deliver in complex business and IT scenarios and continues to create a stronghold in its position in Cognizant operating model.
As we are currently strengthening our European operations, we are looking to leverage our thought leadership and delivery capabilities in the Stockholm region.
Job Description
The Pega Developer will develop modules independently with Pega and deliver projects while working closely with project stakeholders. The position requires experience with creating reusable components/assets/adapters, upgrading, and setting standards for Pega / BPM development and having experience on Pega CRM framework with focus on sales automation.
Key Competencies
The role requires in general mastery of various PRPC and application development environment, polished communication / stakeholders' management skills and strong, proven experience in an onsite/offshore model.
On the day-to-day job the Pega Developer will work closely with the client stake holders in client location
Excellent analysis skills, in particular problem solving/troubleshooting activities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a resilient and flexible manner
Knowledge
Experience on-site delivery model
PEGA CSSA certification and application development
Experience with working in on-site delivery model and interacting with customers daily
Excellent in English verbally as well as writing
