We are proud product owners for components, systems as well as complete powertrains. We are accountable for the lifecycle management of our products, from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. The majority of our powertrain components are traditional combustion engines, after treatment systems, transmissions and axles however the importance of e-mobility components is growing every day.
We stand in front of significant challenges - where reducing transport emitted CO2 emissions is one of the biggest - and are now adapting to take this on by simplifying and empowering our organization and way of working. As an integrated part of this we have high expectations to reduce development lead-time and cost and driving innovation and employee engagement through our leaders leading technology and people.
In this position you will be part of an organization dedicated to technology as well as empowering and developing our employees. We always use customer satisfaction as the ultimate performance measurement.
The Electrical & Electronics Powertrain department has the worldwide responsibility for the Electronic and Software Platform and the Toolchain used to develop driveline ECUs covering a large set of applications ranging from Combustion engine to full electric vehicle management. We in-house develop all technical solutions for our future trucks, while continually adapting our current products to meet market demands.
In this position, you will be reporting to the Director E&E Powertrain Sweden.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
You are in charge of the execution phase of our Agile Train Cadence (ART). The Train embeds both Software and Hardware ECUs development activities. In your role you are an active part of developing a competitive work environment for our employees and lead the coaching as well as our necessary ART governance to secure objectives achievements and continuous improvement.

Additional Information
Bachelor's degree in electrical, engineering computer science, or similar
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to be self-directed and solve various kind of problems from inception to implementation
Have good prioritization skills, structure and ability to eliminate roadblocks
Experience scaling agile, using frameworks such as SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN, and XP
Experience of SW development in automotive industry is meriting
