Complete Powertrain is a vital part of Powertrain Engineering and the section has the overall responsibility for the system integration of all components and systems which together build a Complete Powertrain delivery. This includes the responsibility for features- and quality-fulfillment of the complete powertrain.

We are looking for a Group Manager to lead Product Team HDE13 eSCR Powertrains and to take the exciting role of being the product owner of the HDE13 eSCR Powertrains. Your team is responsible for Volvo's 13L-engine family with hot-EGR and is part of a group of product teams which together are responsible for Volvo Group Heavy Duty (HD) Powertrains.
You and your future team are responsible for your product during the whole product lifecycle: from future updates via running production to maintenance.
The team consists of highly dedicated engineers with target to deliver the best possible products. They and I, believe that the best products are delivered together - which is why one of your main responsibilities and tasks are to engage, inspire, coach and collaborate with others, both your team and stake holders inside and outside of the organization.
Your team will work in close cooperation with the other HD Powertrain product teams, share tasks and ways of working.
You have employee responsibility for direct reports including recruitment, performance and competence development.
