We are proud product owners for components, systems as well as complete powertrains. We are accountable for the lifecycle management of our products, from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. The majority of our powertrain components are traditional combustion engines, after treatment systems, transmissions and axles however the importance of e-mobility components is growing every day.

The Electrical & Electronics Powertrain department has the worldwide responsibility for the Electronic and Software Platform and the Toolchain used to develop driveline ECUs covering a large set of applications ranging from Combustion engine to full electric vehicle management. We in-house develop all technical solutions for our future trucks, while continually adapting our current products to meet market demands.
In this position, you will be reporting to the Director E&E Powertrain Sweden and Lead a Team who contributes to the development and maintenance of our Powertrain Software Factory Infrastructure (Software Continuous Integration).
Responsibilities / Main tasks
You are managing Software Engineers who are part of X-Teams in our Agile Train. The Train embeds both Software and Hardware ECUs development activities. As Group Manager Powertrain Software factory, you have the technical responsibility for our tool-chain and centralized software continuous integration infrastructure used by our worldwide Software Teams. You are in charge to secure the up-time and development of our SW Factory which delivers all our variant of software every night. You are also responsible to promote automatic test methods culture in our Powertrain software community, work on Software Metrics and other visualization of our Software Ecosystem. Together with your Team you secure a world class Continuous Integration infrastructure and Software toolchain.
In your role you are an active part of developing a competitive work environment for our employees and you develop your team's competences to secure that we grasp and master the evolutions of the ever moving Software world.

Additional Information
Bachelor's degree in electrical, engineering computer science, or similar
You have a proven experience from leading a team.
You have a proven experience embedded software development and tools involved in Continuous integration.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience in agile, using frameworks such as SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN, and XP
Experience in Software development in automotive industry is meriting
