The Electromobility organization is responsible for the complete development lifecycle from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. We drive the transition from conventional powertrains to electromobility and secure a stepwise implementation in different segments/regions. This organization develops and drives the electromobility component/product portfolio for Trucks & Buses as well creating opportunities for all business areas within Volvo Group. Electromobility is one of the keys to achieving sustainable mobility for the future.

Position Description
In Electromobility there is an exciting opportunity as we are now looking for a Business Planning and Product Coordination Manager; perhaps you are the one we are looking for? In the fast moving technology development the Business Planning and Product Coordination Manager plays a key role connecting the business needs with the daily operations. The Business Planning and Product Coordination Manager drive the steering in process and consolidate business needs, technology strategy and external collaboration strategy.
As Business Planning and Product Coordination Manager, you are part of the Electromobility Portfolio management team.
Responsibilities / Main tasks
Chair the Business Planning and Product Coordination management team and coach and develop the team as well as yourself.
Manage the GTT Electromobility project and advanced engineering portfolio including balancing. Manage the monthly financial, resource and KPI reporting for the full Electromobility portfolio.
Represent the Electromobility Range in the GTT cross-functional range forums.
Consolidate the business needs with input from Business Areas & Business units and drive the steering in process
Manage the external collaboration and external financing coordination and roadmap forward
Responsible for the quality journal coordination, product maintenance request and product build coordination within the section
Conclude the estimation work for new Product Initiatives and manage the annual budget cycle.
Drive the agile portfolio way of working and implement new agile ways of working in the portfolio level, per SAFe definitions.
Build and maintain a strong network with peers in all Volvo Group BA's and all of the above bullet points with a continues improvement step by step mindset.
