We believe that you have a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience within mechanical design in Pro/ENGINEER and administration of PTC PDMLink. Experience of INTRALINK or other similar PDM-systems is considered as additional qualifications, as well as knowledge of ISO-Draw, Arbortext, Mathcad and Oracle. Skills in English are highly valued.
Furthermore we believe you are an open minded and driven individual willing to share your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team. You also have good communication skills and are easy to collaborate with.
OUR ELECTRONICS & MECHANICS TEAM
The team is responsible for the hardware development of new products as well as responsible for maintenance of existing products. The team collaborates with the firmware engineers, Operations and Product Management in order to create new world leading products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will act as expert and administrator for our PDMLink and Pro/ENGINEER working environment. The job will also include design of mechanical components such as casings, optics and moving parts in a variety of materials. All work will be done in close collaboration with your co-workers in the Electronics & Mechanics team. Additional to this you will function as the mechanical expert supporting other departments in Axis such as Operations, assisting in product start-ups, product maintenance and manufacturing optimization.
