About the position
The R&D services and process excellence department is looking for a new member to strengthen the team with process excellence and product management data, acting globally within Dentsply Sirona Implants. You will have the responsibility of our PDM system and together with the IT department and key PDM stakeholders work with the continuing roll-out and implementation of the system to increase efficiency and support business growth. This includes development of needed processes as well as gather feedback and improve existing processes. The PDM tool is today used globally at five sites and in all functions.
Your key responsibilities:
• Analyze existing processes and workflows, apply best practice and standards and implement new solutions for all R&D sites within Dentsply Sirona Implants to meet the needs from the business and users
• Create and enable simplification and harmonization of work processes and procedures for all R&D sites
• Ensure that PDM system built-in business processes and working procedures fit the business
• Provide service, training and customer support (mentoring) to users including altering workflows, contents, configurations etc.
• Support Testing Cycles and User Acceptance Testing
• Organize forums to share best practice, competence and networks
The position is situated at the Dentsply Sirona Implants headquarter in Mölndal and requires some international traveling, approx. 20 days/year.

You are able to work under pressure and break down extensive input into the necessities that should be implemented/changed to meet the need from the business.
Qualifications and experiences that we hope you possess:
• Academic background in Engineering or Life Sciences (Bachelor or Master Degree) or corresponding experience
• Experience from working in PDM systems and implementing PDM systems in a global environment, preferably experience from medical device industry or equivalent if possible
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and in design Control for medical devices according to ISO 13485, CFR part 820 and MDD/MDR
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
