We are now looking for a PDM/PLM Engineer with thorough knowledge in the area of milling.
Key performance areas
As a PDM/PLM Engineer you will:
• Act as the Service Owner for ENOVIA V6 and follow up and administer the use of licenses for the system.
• Inform users concerning systems and processes
• Have contact with super users
• Administer the Self Service Portal (website for work instructions and other material for ENOVIA)
• Approve support measures for the development of sub-contractors
• Define and prioritize improvement activities for systems
• Handle and administer problem lists
• Read and understand specifications from other projects and changes and approve them
The position may involve national and international travel. The number of travel days is approximately 10-20 per year.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or IT/Systems Development and at least three years' professional experience from user support or methods development within PDM/PLM. Alternatively, you may have many years' experience working in the PDM area, preferably with the Matrix PDM system and/or ENOVIA V6. We prefer that you have experience from product development and business development projects connected with system support. Course work in CAD/PDM/PLM and system design and development is advantageous, as is good knowledge of Siemens NX CAD and licenses handling systems. Experience from design work, system administration and a system ownership role is a plus. The position requires very good knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages, such as Swedish, German, French or Hindi is also desirable.
As a person you need to be service oriented, as the position involves responsibility for providing service for systems and work processes for the business. Additionally, you will need strong cooperative skills, as the position requires good cooperation with others in the group, internal and external interests and external suppliers of services and systems. As an expert in PDM/PLM, you are expected to be able to deal with issues, change management and other development on your own, and have good communication and presentation abilities. As all of the work in Seco is conducted with established goals in mind, it is important that you are goal oriented, driven and full of initiative.
