Our Exciting Opportunity
Every time you use an app on your smartphone, talk over VoLTE or use Mobile Broadband you connect to internet - this connection is what we enable, no matter if its 3G, 4G or 5G!
We are called Ericsson Packet Core (PC) and we deliver connectivity technology with terabyte throughput in combination with extensive configuration options for traffic control.
Security and privacy are on top of the agenda both for Ericsson and for our customers. Therefor we are recruiting system managers who shall drive the security area and make sure that we deliver superior security solutions within our Packet Core offerings.
Product security focuses on ensuring our products and solutions are secure, fulfilling both our customers' security expectations and the expectations of industry regulators. You will be a part of a highly skilled team of engineers that are leading in their technical areas of expertise.

You will
Be a member in the Security system team for Packet Core, where you jointly plan the work and share tasks and knowledge. Handle system studies; do security analysis and provide support to business regions
Identify/improve requirements related to the Security area and take responsibility for applicable documentation
Be part crafting the future for Ericsson's security performance in 5G!
To be successful in the role you must have
MSc/BSc level in Computer Science or equivalent
Ability to initiate and drive technical investigations independently
Telecom and/or 3GPP knowledge
Experience in SW development from a security perspective
Great communication skills and be fluent in English, written and oral
And it is great if you have these additional skills and experiences
Lean and Agile knowledge
Customer interaction experience
