In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• To lead a team of specialists to ensure a long term and sustainable development and maintenance of the organization-wide strategy for PCI Compliance
• Be accountable for the business aspects of Issuing, Acquiring and external processing primarily for our home markets in Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia and in Latvia
• Be accountable for managing and maintaining the PCI DSS and PCI PTS compliance programme.
• Be the primary point of contact on PCI related questions for new initiatives and Business Units.
• Managing the relationship with the Qualified Security Assessors
• Follow up and report PCI compliance status on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that compliance to PCI standards is maintained across the organisation.
• Remain apprised of pending changes to PCI requirements and proactively design and apply appropriate measures
• Provide recommendations on PCI controls and cost-effective remediation plans
• Maintain organisations stakeholders are up to date on PCI compliance needs
• Facilitate annual reviews
What is needed in this role:
• Proven and experienced leadership and project management skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience of driving compliance against PCI framework, across all domains
• Proved as structured and high quality in deliveries with a detail-oriented and deadline driven core.
• Be able to drive complex (organizational and/or technical) questions on all organizational levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At minimum basic understanding of Swedish both in written and spoken
• Fluent English is a "must be".
• Relevant university degree in a related area
• Additional qualifications that may be an advantage are for example CISSP, CISM or similar
• Knowledge of agile methods and tools as Jira
