Presentation
We are now searching for a PC-supporter for a consult assignment on behalf of our client. The assignment starts in March and goes on for three to six moths. If you are the one we are looking for, don't hesitate to send in your application.
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-25Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a PC-supporter you will work with first line support. The support is provided via telephone, email and remote administration. You will be working shift.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role for some years and have basic training in IT. Good knowledge of operating systems Windows XP and Vista is a given. We prefer that you also have good knowledge of the Support Tool in the ARS Remedy or equivalent. We believe you have broad knowledge and experience in the Microsoft product family, especially such as MS Office ad Outlook. Your English is good, both orally and in writing. You also need to speak and write Swedish on a high level.
If you master one of the languages Portuguese, French or Dutch, it is particularly meritorious.
We think you are someone that has analytical skills and can see the context of an overall level, but sometimes deep dive for solving more technical problems.
