The Payroll Specialist will perform daily payroll department operations and be responsible for monthly salary payments for Atlas Copco AB and Customer Finance AB
Calculate gross ups of net salaries for expatriates
The position holder will handle payout of Stock Options and Variable Compensation at Group Center and
support the HR Manager in the salary review process
Other tasks willl be to support Group Center with HR administration and to report the monthly and quarterly People Management Reporting.
The Payroll Specialist reports to the HR Manager.
Mission
Responsible for handling payroll for 140 employees at Group Center. You will work in close cooperation with our shared services center, CSS, in Örebro.
Provide support and advice to managers and other employees at Group Center within the area of Compensation and Benefits.
Experience requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience working with payroll in a large international company
Ability to take ownership of payroll processes
Fluent in Swedish and good command of English
Working knowledge of payroll best practices
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel. It is an advantage if you have worked with HR Plus.

Diploma in payroll administration
Personality requirements
You are positive, service minded and communicative. You have strong analytical skills and are good with numbers. It is also important to be well structured with high attention to details.
