THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our expanding Corporate Services teamof 4 individuals, and with your good numbers aptitude as our Payroll Specialist, you will accurately process payroll to ensurethat our employees are paid on time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Participate in handling the monthly Swedish payroll preparation and administration for our headquarters and warehouse
• Reconcile payroll, social charges, and taxes
• Prepare reports and input to quarterly and annual statements
• Handle annualcalculation and reconciliation of vacation balances
• Participate in handlingweekly expense reports
• Update & maintain employee files including personal data, salary, benefits, pension and insurance values
• Answer staff inquiries regarding pay, holiday, maternity leave, etc.
• Administer employment contracts and keep manager up to date regarding expiring contracts
• Prepare and report monthly statistics to authorities
• Scan, print and file documentation
• Act as a liaison with the social insurance authority (Försäkringskassan), our pension & insurance company, and the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket)
YOUR PROFILE
• Must have experience working withVisma Agda PS & Visma.net Expense
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 3 years of Swedish payroll administration experience
• Good understanding of Swedishpayroll tax rules and labour laws
• Must have a clean criminal record
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Structured, organized, detail-oriented and a logical thinker
• Team player, flexible, and hard-working
• Good communication skills
