If this sounds like an opportunity you're interested in, we're now looking for a Payroll Specialist to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm. At NENT, we follow a hybrid model of working, allowing you to combine work from home with work at the office.

The position
In this position, you will contribute by focusing on payroll service delivery which includes handling the end-to-end in-house payroll process, we are working with Hogia. Update our absence system and handle input from the system to Hogia, we are working with Quinyx. We also report to different internal and external stakeholders, for example, finance and pension/insurance providers. You will also give support regarding payroll to line managers, employees, and auditors.

This role will also be responsible for the HR service ticketing tool answering a range of different payroll, time & attendance, and systems related questions, to improve our HR technology and internal customer experience. This is an opportunity for you who wants to continue to develop your skills in payroll and broaden your competencies within the full range of People Operations tasks.

The journey ahead
NENT Group is on an expansion journey and will be going into new markets. We are therefore building a new service center team. This position will focus mainly on the Swedish market, and we believe you have experience from payroll within Swedish payroll administration.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a person at the beginning of their payroll career. You have clear logical thinking with a high level of attention to detail. You are a strong team player but at the same time are you used to working autonomously.

Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in in-house payroll administration and processing
• Education and certification within payroll
• Knowledge in Swedish law and regulations impacting payroll
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• A structured work approach, ability to manage complex process flows and deliver administrative services with high quality
• Fluent in English, (Swedish is desirable, but not mandatory)
