Staria is on a steady growth path, and we're now looking for a Payroll Specialist who's ready to make an impact. Here, you'll join a local team of three payroll professionals, with the added support of experienced colleagues in Finland, Norway and Estonia. Together, we deliver payroll solutions that help our clients thrive and continue their growth journey.
As a Payroll Specialist at Staria, you will:
Take full responsibility for payroll services, managing the entire process for several client companies independently.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their go-to expert for payroll matters.
Handle everything from data entry and payroll calculations to payments, using the Crona Lön system.
Ensure all statutory and client-specific reporting is accurate and timely.
Provide hands-on support and clear advice to clients facing complex payroll challenges, always aiming for outstanding service.

Keys to success in this role
To suceed in this role we elieve that you have:
Experience in managing the whole payroll process and working in outsourced payroll
Knowledge of Swedish legal requirements regarding employment, holidays, working time, pension and tax
Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish language. Other language skills are considered as a plus.
Good communication and interaction skills as you will be working closely with your team and clients.
Proactive working style, interest to work in a consultant role and in an international and dynamic environment
Keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
