Our amazing Payroll Specialist is about to jump on a great new adventure (parental leave) in June, and we are therefore looking for someone who wants to continue to develop our payroll function and get a broader experience within the full range of People Operation tasks. You will be part of a fun and dedicated People & Culture organization and report to Head of HR Operations. This is a temporary position for 15 months.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As the Payroll Specialist, you will contribute by focusing on payroll service delivery which includes handling the end-to-end in-house payroll process for Sweden. We also report to different internal and external stakeholders, for example finance and pension/insurance providers.

This means:

• Coordinate and control the monthly payroll process for Sweden

• Ensure that our payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner

• Support employees and managers on payroll related queries

• Administrate and implement benefit plans in coordination with HR

• Have an integral part in projects tied to payroll, e g salary reviews, vacation year shifts, promotions etc.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a strong team player but also used to working autonomously. Further you are service minded, outgoing and love working with people.

Other need to haves:

• 3+ years experience in similar role
• Educational background within payroll
• Knowledge in Swedish law and regulations impacting payroll
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Structured work approach, ability to manage complex process flows and deliver administrative services with high quality
• Fluent in English. Swedish is desirable, but not mandatory.
