We are looking for a Payroll and HR Specialist to join our HR team. Your main focus will be the payroll area, to make sure that our employees get paid at the right time and receive the correct amount of money. There will also be plenty of time to work with other general HR topics together with our HR team. You will be based at our global HQ in Gothenburg and report to the HRBP FlexLink Sweden.
Main activities and responsibilities
Manage all payroll, benefits and travel expenses for FlexLink Sweden
Answering staff queries about timesheets or pay slips
Manage pensions and insurances
Manage our company cars
Drive salary review work
Who are you?
Relevant education
Minimum 4 years' experience from Payroll and HR related work
Good knowledge of payroll law & labor law
It is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken since it is our corporate language
Good experience in Agda PS
We are looking for you who are structured and thorough. You are analytical and proactive. It's also important that you have high integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality. We think that you are a great communicator and have good listening skills with a genuine interest in people.
