I need a Payroll leader, a specialist who can lead our payroll team of five and support our leaders and HRBPs giving guidance and advise within the area. I need your experience and bold ideas to develop our payroll processes and make us HR Plus 8 experts - all in line with our culture and values.
The goal is of course to be a high quality payroll department at the front of payroll automation and digitalization - analyzing data, processes and do research into best practices is going to be a really important piece of that puzzle. If you have an experience in implementing/integrating systems or as a payroll system administrator it 's a huge plus.
I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on how we can achieve this in the best possible way.

• Experience from working as a payroll specialist
• Up-to-date knowledge within the field
• A positive mindset with high motivation and a great teamplayer
• You love working with salary and you are structured, well organized and detail oriented
• Good communication skills, both in speech and writing, in Swedish and English
