Our People & Culture department is looking for a Payroll/HR Assistant. If you are craving a role where you really can make an impact - this is your time to shine.
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Check and reconcile payroll data from our pre-systems
Ensure that we pay the right salary at the right time
Coordinate and quality-assure the salaries
Administrate invoices
Additional HR/finance/office tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS /WHO YOU ARE
Being in the beginning of your career with a relevant background or strong interest. Experience from Fortnox and Planday is a plus.
Are fluent in Swedish and English
Good skills in Google Suite.
Have a highly structured and organized working style.
Have great communication skills
Are flexible (we are a start-up and processes change all the time)
Enjoys a fast-paced and easy-going environment.
