Beyond Retro is a retail chain of vintage clothing stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, London and Brighton. Our first Swedish store opened in Stockholm in 2005, and we currently operate five stores in Sweden. Our concept is sustainable fashion and our garments are second hand or fabricated from second hand textiles, putting us at the forefront in this segment of the retail industry. We are now looking for an experienced HR & Office Administrator to join the Beyond Retro family. This is a part time role (approximately 75%) in a fast paced environment, and among your duties will be:
Support to Management and staff with HR issues, including recruitment and elementary labour law, making contact with Handelsanställdas Förbund and Svensk Handel as well as maintaining the personnel files, issuing contracts etc.
Assist Management with payroll administration (we use Hogia Lön)
and scheduling (we use Quinyx)
Support with various types of office administration
To handle this role, we require that you have a working knowledge of Swedish labour laws and collective agreements (preferably in the retail industry), knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, as well as a fluency in English and Swedish (English is our working language).
We also need you to be able to work independently, as well as together with Management both in Sweden and in the UK.
Experience in HogiaLön Plus and Quinyx Time Management system is considered extremely helpful, although we will be able to train you.
