Thule Group is continuously growing and we look forward to adding an additional member to our HR team in Hillerstorp.

As our new Payroll Administrator you will be preparing the monthly payroll for our blue collar workers and support them and their team leaders and managers on matters concerning payroll. You will report to our Team Manager Payroll and assist with relevant personnel administration including pension, insurance and tax related matters. Monthly and yearly HR reporting, preparation of documentation and agreements will also be a part of your tasks. You will be joining a tightly knit - and in our own view great - HR team who really enjoy working closely together to provide our organization with reliable and proactive HR support.

We want you to have a KY degree as Payroll Specialist or equivalent together with at least a couple of years of relevant experience from a similar role experience. We hope that you have worked in organizations that have collective bargaining agreements, preferably with both blue and white collar workers. Naturally you have strong IT-skills and experience from working in a HR/Payroll System, we currently use Visma Agda. Your ability to communicate well with others in both written and verbal Swedish and English will come to good use in this position.
