For our client we are looking for a Payroll Administrator

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced consultant to work with Payrolls at our customer's company. This role will require solid collaboration skills with local and international stakeholders. We see that you have experience from payroll and are able to act correctly and with great independence as you will be alone in doing Swedish payrolls. We see that you have a strong service-minded attitude, able to make yourself available to answer questions and help your colleagues.

Examples of responsibilities:
Performs payroll transactions, resolution of payroll issues and customer inquiries and requests. Assists in preparation of internal and external financial reports for management and development and maintenance of procedures. Identifies problems and creates assumptions from which research may be conducted.
Audits and analyzes general ledger accounts, reports and schedules (validates balances to subsidiary records, confirms/resolves account balances) in accordance with Company and regulatory accounting policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of the accounting and financial data.
Gathers, reviews and validates data prepared for journal entry processing.

Required skills:
Knowledge and ability to plan and carry out monthly payroll. The role includes responsibility for Swedish payroll and the successful candidate must be self-propelling in running this operation independently.
Experiences from working at companies without collective bargaining agreements (CBA) as well as in companies with a CBA.
Great knowledge in, and experiences from, Swedish regulations such as taxation, benefits, vacations, different kinds of leave of absence and all other matters that might affect payroll.
Experiences and understanding from working in global organizations and/or international environment.
Knowledge of Swedish tax and social rules for EU and non EU-citizen plus exchange of Swedish employees abroad.
Fluent in English, both oral and written. You have a positive way of communicating and writing in English since most of the communication is via mail.
Great understanding of IT-systems structure and you need to be very comfortable in administration different systems on your own.
Great knowledge of Excel

Working language: English & Swedish

Examples of accountability:
Provides guidance to HRG's and Managers in regards to labor tax and social security matters
Coordinates with external payroll providers that changes within tax and social security regulations are updated and handled correctly
Ensures that retro-active corrections for prior pay periods are handled timely and correct
