In this role you will have a core part in developing a leading digital experience for our customers. E-commerce is the biggest sales channel within Stena Line, and with our multi-billion digital revenue, we are among the biggest B2C e-commerce actors in Sweden.
What will you do?
We all know a smooth payment process is key when purchasing any goods. As Payment Product manager it is your mission to develop Stena Line's payment solutions with focus on online B2C in the Travel segment for all our regions across Europe. You will own and develop the strategy within the payment area; in e-commerce, contact centres and point of sale onboard with the overall company vision and strategy in mind.
There are many opportunities within payment to create better user experience and optimise internal processes. We expect you to work proactively with optimising payment from a customer and business point of view, including risk & fraud management and revenue optimisation. Initial focus area will be the further development of payments in the e-commerce area.
Payment is a cross functional area and you will act as the internal payment gatekeeper, manage stakeholders and act as the single point of contact across the company. Alignment is expected with functions such as Finance, E-Commerce, IT functions, Contact Centres, Freight, Fraud team, Onboard teams and our Regions. You will also work closely with end user insights, and partners in Stena Line's ecosystem.
Other responsibilities:
• Manage the payment solutions and payment related IT priorities and backlog
• Collaborate closely with PSP/Acquirer and other payment providers/methods to ensure best payment solutions for Stena Line. Owning contractual relationship with vendors.
• Owning and developing KPI's
• Performance and data insight, including development of tools needed
• Monitoring legal requirements, trends and best practice within payments area
• Knowledge hub and sharing knowledge across Stena Line

The must-have's:
• Suitable university degree or equivalent
• Experience and knowledge in payment, preferably online payments in an international organisation
• Experience within e-commerce, digitalisation and business development
• Have an understanding of finance processes within the payment area
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Previous experience in Point of Sale payments is meritorious
• Experience in risk and fraud management is an advantage
