Person: Skilled payment person
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Job Duties:
• Analyse and act on day to day fraud and payment activities
• Checking and verifying customer (KYC) verification documents for authenticity
• Tracking fraud trends near their inception
• Monitoring of fraudulent transactions and assisting the customer care in ways of how to handle customers.
• Checking and confirming customer withdrawals
• Develop relationship with contacts within payment service providers, banks and law enforcement agencies
• Monitoring of payment and fraudulent transactions and assisting the customer care in ways of how to handle customers.
• Set up and provide training for customers service
• Review / Analysis of charge backs
• Work closely with internal departments to develop fraud screening tools
• Manage the outsourced customer service team (after set up)
Your Profile
• Experience with online based transactions, both credit card and Direct Debit (ACH)
• Senior experience in a fraud or/and payment related role
• Familiar with Anti Money Laundry measures and regulations.
• Familiar with related regulations such as the PCI-DSS
• Be prepared to work in a flexible work schedule, which can include evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to deal with difficult customers
• Well organized with the ability to work in a fast paced work environment with minimal supervision
