Rebtel is looking for a Payment Back Office Specialist

The role:

It will be all about operations in the mobile banking world and monitoring digital transaction activity to identify potential fraud patterns. You will be part of the Back office team and handle the daily/weekly work around our upcoming new service. The job will be therefore hands-on and going from conducting investigations to adapting our rule sets in order to deliver tactical solutions to protect our newly launched business or support our team with regulation procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in back office operations
You're knowledgeable about compliance questions (i.e AML, KYC)
Internal and external reporting experience
Customer-focused way of thinking
You speak fluent English, Spanish is a great plus
Passion for online banking
Merit: use MS SQL server to extract, organize, transform and analyze large data sets
