Paulig Foods are now searching for a European Product Group Manager within our central marketing team. The team is responsible for the growth, profitability and development of the Santa Maria and Risenta brands and categories.
As European Product Group Manager you are responsible for the delivery of the business targets (sales and profit) for your product groups on the European market. You create and implement plans based on consumer, shopper and customer insight and are responsible for managing your product portfolio. You recognize the importance of exploring the full value chain and working close to colleagues in sourcing, sales and manufacturing to identify gaps and reach targets.
You will be working in a creative and professional environment where the passion for great taste unites us! Within our strong growth agenda, you will be responsible for short- and long-term growth for your product groups and concepts across markets.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Portfolio management for growth and profitability
• Identify improvement areas in the value chain
• Stay up to date with competitors and consumer trends
• Create and execute 12Q plans
• Champion of growth drivers and consumer insight
• Use the full marketing toolbox to ensure growth (4P)
• Lead/participate in innovation and renovation projects
You will work together with many different functions within the business and report to European Marketing Manager World Foods.
We think you:
• Have a university degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent
• Have experience from an international FMCG environment +5 years
• Are self-driven and motivated as well as a team player
• Are fact based and analytical
• Are structured with attention to details
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have good creative and problem solving mindset
• Speak and write Swedish and English on a professional level
• Have a passion for food!
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be stationed in our office in Mölndal. Apart from the amazingly inspiring office spaces you'll also find our own TASTE restaurant, an inspiring cooking studio, a modern sensory testing room as well as a spacious and well-equipped innovation kitchen.
