Are you an experienced creative pattern maker with a passion for fashion and style? Then we would love to meet you!
We are now recruiting a senior pattern maker to join our Studio Collection team. The Studio collections are elevated and contemporary and each drop is magical, mixing effortless cool with standout pieces.
The H&M Head Office is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where we design and develop our fashion collections for a wide variety of customers. The New Development Function, part of Head Office at H&M, has the purpose to strengthen the H&M brand, drive innovation and explore new opportunities for meaningful growth. Our mission is to drive fashion, innovation, creativity, explore new opportunities by creating brand building collections and products.
As a Patter Maker at H&M Studio, you will work on both Women's & Men 's products as well as accessories and together with the design and product development team create high fashion quality garments. You will be responsible for creating desired designs, fit and silhouettes (in all sizes) for our target customer and work actively to secure sustainability and profitability when creating the collections.
You are accountable for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on design vision, our customer, fit and size strategies and timeline throughout the product development. This also includes to evaluate and act on how different materials will affect fit and silhouette.
You constantly follow, identify, and react on opportunities and risks, based om selling, customer insights, feedback, and surrounding analysis together with the team. You will make first patterns, working from blocks or existing styles, following the products from first sample to production to shop- end to end.

Qualifications
As a person you have great energy and drive with an open mind and positive attitude. You take own initiatives and are structured and organized. You love to solve problems in a creative and business-oriented way.
• Work with Pattern Making today with +5 years' experience
• Skilled and passionate working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
• Has previous experience in tailoring
• Has an eye for details, size and proportions and knows grading
• Has experience in Lectra Expert and CLO 3D (or other CAD and 3D programs)
• Good knowledge for materials and fabrics
• Can "think outside the box" and be a visionary for the concept
• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions- Growth mindset
