hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Mostos' Cakes & Molds AB i Botkyrka We are currently recruiting for a team member in our Confectionery and Pastry department, an experienced Pastry and Confectioner Chef.
Summary of your role :
• Pastry Chef Education
• 5+ years? experience working in designing on artistic cakes with experience on the category of commercial pastry.
• 5+ years in similar role with multi-outlet and large volume banquet experience.
• A advanced knowledge in modeling figures in handmade sugar.
• Good knowledge in pastry production and being able to follow recipe will be required.
• Good knowledge on working and making silicone molds.
• Experience on teaching modeling on fondant and cake decoration (5 years).
• Experience whith creating to birthday cakes, tiered cakes, carved cakes, custom cakes, sugar pastrie.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Swedish (basic level).
• Must be able to work a variety of scheduled shifts (weekends, holidays, etc?) based on the needs of the orders volume.
• Managing and training of a small team of pastry cooks.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Ability to take and give direction.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
• Disponibility to travel out of Sweden for periods of 2 or 3 months.
