Connect Church is a part of the Pentecostal Church in Sweden. Today the church gathers 1000 people each week, with campuses in Jönköping, Örebro and its main campus in Gothenburg. The church has strong international connections with churches around the globe and is constantly aiming to develop the church as a whole. The church seeks to give people the opportunity to learn more about the bible and grow both as individuals and in their faith in Jesus.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
As a pastoral office assistant the main focus is to assist the pastoral team with practical and functional tasks to help the team run and develop the church. The role is focused on church administration. Planning, executing and reassessing events and our regular day to day activities. The role contains responsibilities for: - Coordinator of interna meetings - Pastoral logistics and administration - Handling emails and external requests from other churches and organizations. - Event management
We are searching for a person that can communicate fully in english both in spoken and written forms. The person also needs to be well acquainted with the christian international pentecostal movement and other international churches. Programmes: Excel or numbers Word or pages Powerpoint or keynote Knowledge within other programs and online services focused on e-mail, administration and logistics.
