IT-solutions are a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT-solutions that support current and future business requirements.
To become a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions, Scania IT need to strengthen a development team with a Scrum Master.
Are you the passionate and experienced Scrum Master we are looking for?
You have a passion for what you do and good at inspiring, even from a distance. You are a humble person that creates an environment for the team where they unleash the their full potential and by that, pushing goals forward. You are energetic, fearless and have a relentless will to evolve the team in their agile mindset and way of working.
You are a born facilitator, you make the scrum events a joy to attend. We expect the meetings are well prepared, useful, fun and always have a clear outcome.
What we do
Our prime objective is to automate many of Scania manual flows. The prime focus areas are Ordering flows, ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, etc.) and HR-flows, Onboarding, offboarding, case management payroll etc. Basically we are Scania's hub for all things to make your workday easy. This is done through the power of ServiceNow.
Though we are in a low code environment, it does not make our lives without any challenge. There are plenty technical challenges and ample opportunity for you to contribute and accelerate our movement.
Who we believe you are and what you will bring to the team
To succeed in this role, we believe you need to fulfil some of the following criteria
• You have a solid experience and passion for agile working methods.
• A great interest in leading people and team development.
• You truly believe in the agile mindset and you keep pace with the latest in the field.
• Broad technical competence and interest.
• Great habit of meeting and workshop facilitation, preparation and documentation.
• facilitates the team's progress toward team goals
• leads team efforts in relentless improvement
• you have 3-5 years of work experience from a similar position
• your command in English is strong, both written and verbal
Nice to have
• Active scrum master certification and/or SAFe certification
• knowledge in Swedish language
