Business Tech is established to take the lead in changing the fashion industry completely, combining business and technology with innovation to create new business and customer value. We are in the beginning of a comprehensive digital transformation building Business Tech from scratch. We want the most empowering leaders, entrepreneurs and deal makers to join our new commercial team to support our new product organization. What you will do
In our new commercial team we offer the opportunity to be part of building a new commercial function supporting our product organization in creating customer and business value.
By enhancing our focus on the unique value proposition in each opportunity we pursue, how it creates competitive advantage, and how it can be executed in a manner that mitigates risk, we can deliver better results.
Alongside our current ways of doing business, we will explore new ways of making deals and creating partnerships through for example joint ventures, collaborations with startups, participation in marketplaces and more.
You have strong experience of these new ways of making partnerships and deals, and you will contribute with how we build and strengthen our commercial capabilities across Business Tech. You will support our product organization in all commercial aspects such as strong business case creation, deal making, negotiations, finding new value and business models.
Since you will be part of building something new you are excited to work in an unstructured environment and rather sees this as a great opportunity to co-create where we need to head to fully support Business Tech long-term objectives.
Opportunity and experience
You and Business Tech will benefit from your experience in successful deal-making, identifying business opportunities creating business value, structuring deals with new business models acting as main negotiator from start to finish!
We are specifically interested in hearing about your experience in doing business with startup companies, merger & acquisition, due diligence, partnerships, joint venture, franchise and online business. Also, your experience from successfully leading others in business deals, negotiation, implementing strategy, competence development and change management will be a strong contribution. In addition to this you are well experienced in vendor and partner relationship management.
Your mindset & skills
You are a deeply curious person who loves learning. You quickly familiarize yourself with new business opportunities, the competitive landscape, and operational priorities so that no matter what the objective, you can contribute with commercial acumen. You are a proactive questioner and communicator who can build bridges with people in different geographies and functions. You have a holistic mind and can easily change mindset between strategy and operations. You are willing to dig into the details of what it takes to actual execute an opportunity, so that you can identify risks and mitigation options as well as key value drivers.
