What We Offer?
We are hiring a Passionate 3D CAD Design/Installation Engineer in our organization. As a part of our team, you will participate in installing the electrical system parts into the machines. This typically means creating designs for fitting lights that create great illumination, the electrical harnesses to have a safe installation as well as finding great locations for mounting the Electronic control units. You and your colleagues are agreeing the targets together with the platform owners. Typically, you will collect requirements from the platform team and maybe propose better solutions. Together with your colleagues you decide on a concept which you realize through a design in our 3D-CAD design tool ( CATIA and/or Creo ). The drawings your team creates are used to order wire harnesses from our external supplier. When receiving the sample-harness you participate in the workshop and inspect how the harness fits in the machine. You also receive feedback from verification engineers regarding the function of your design and make any necessary changes for serial production.
You will focus on designing the electrical systems together with your teammates.
When working with Electrical installation you will need to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, for example the Cabin designers to create best possible experience of lighting in the cabin.
You have the potential to start from simple installation tasks but growing your skills over the years to master more complex problems like designing electrical systems or build knowledge within electrical component selection such as lights and camera systems as well as Electro-magnetic Compatibility (EMC) and/or legal requirements fulfillment depending on your fields of interest

Depending on your profile you will, over time, develop into a very skilled engineer within 3D CAD installation and/or electrical harness design or component development or project lead or EMC or electrical safety & legal fulfillment
Good to Have
You have at least a Bachelors degree within Engineering within the fields of Electrical, Design, Mechanical, Robotics, Vehicle or similar or related courses.
You have a growth mindset and are an effective collaborator in a diverse who can communicate in English. You enjoy learning new skills, but also to contribute to your colleagues' growth.
You either talk Swedish already or are eager to learn. Feel free to apply in Swedish!
