hela Sverige We are looking for two Passenger Service Representatives to Arlanda Airport who wants to join in and give our customers the best service at the airport.
Basic Purpose of Position:
Deal directly with the public, other airlines and Company employees by providing Airport customer services in a manner prescribed by the Company. Be able to complete tasks including service related to passenger, baggage transport, data collection, process and company document delivery.
Position reports To: Manager, Assistant Station Manager, Passenger Service
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Basic Flight Airport Operations
Complete corresponded tasks and responsibilities within terminal passenger services, baggage services, cargo transportation related operations.
2.Passenger Service, Passenger Complaints and Frequent Flyer
Daily passenger service and email/telephone respond. Handling passenger complaints and frequent Flyer Development.
3.Baggage Tracing and Claimants
Tracing flight baggage, cargo goods, cargo mail, handling of baggage and cargo loss and damage cases, process for valuable goods and mail documents transportation.
4.Crew Service
Communicate with crew hotel and transport company with updated flight information.
5.Data Collection and Process
Flight statistic data collection, process and report.
Professional knowledge requirement
(Professional background is a merit, not must)
• Relative and basic airline terminal service knowledge.
Professional qualifications requirements
(Minimum qualification for this position)
• Education within Travel, Transportation and Tourism.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing.
• One of Passenger Service Representative must fluent in Mandarin Chinese and another one is a merit.
Professional knowledge requirement
• 3 years experience on aviation transport or terminal service.
Ability and quality requirements
• Knowledge within civil aviation, especially passenger and cargo transport knowledge.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, quality standards
• Ability to use tact, good judegment and initiative
• Verbal and writing ability, capable of expressing yourself in a clear and pleasant manner. Ability to collect and compile statistical data.
