We are looking for a Parts Specialist, to join the After Market Team based in Karlskrona.
The Parts Specialist reports to the Business Development Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
• Master data management and maintenance of parts portfolio
• Inventory control and stock planning
• Parts lifecycle management
• Aftermarket pricing in an international environment
• Engineering changes follow-up
• Global customer support with end customers, dealers, and distribution centers
• Parts set-up and other parts related issues in projects
• Spare parts proposals and tender quotations
• Prepare drafts for campaigns
• Initiate new improved parts solutions
Educational requirements:
• We are looking for a candidate with a technical education and background
• Understanding/knowledge of aftermarket tools, SAP as well as MS Office, PPT, Word and Excel
• Knowledge in design drawings
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
Experience/Knowledge:
We are looking for a person with service experience and customer-oriented thinking. A good awareness of the Road Construction business/product range is preferred to implement a good customer support strategy.
It 's preferable if the candidate has experience of Dynapac Road Construction Equipment specifically in compaction.
